Hastand Export Marketing was established in 1982. The company is engaged in exports of a wide range of pharmaceutical raw materials and chemicals to various countries in Europe, Africa, South East Asia and the Middle East. Their products are used in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. It also exports pharmaceutical machinery, PET blow machines and water treatments plants to Africa. Hastand’s sister company, Monel Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., was set up in 1987, it manufactures and imports chemicals.

Monel Chemicals is the sole agent in India for Stellar Films Group Pty. Ltd., Australia, for their range of cast polyethylene films and laminates, manufactured at Australia and Malaysia, for use in feminie napkins and diapers.
